You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or place an order. By purchasing from Kurti, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Kurti offers premium tea products sourced from single-origin estates. We make every effort to display product descriptions accurately, but availability, packaging, and pricing may change without prior notice.

Orders are considered accepted once payment is successfully processed.

Kurti reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders due to suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or operational constraints.

Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days.

Estimated delivery timelines:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Kurti is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Due to the nature of food and beverage products, all sales are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact support@kurti.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

If you enroll in a Kurti subscription:

• Billing occurs automatically every 30 days.
• You may cancel anytime through your account dashboard before the next billing cycle.

All content on the Kurti website — including images, text, product descriptions, and branding — is the property of Kurti and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with security features
• Upload harmful or malicious code
• Resell Kurti products without authorization

Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Kurti Privacy Policy, available on our Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kurti is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Losses caused by improper use of our products
• Technical issues beyond our control

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
